New Year's Day with single digit wind chills is not a good time for a four year old furnace to stop running. We called Hanes Mechanical and Don was at our door within the hour. He quickly identified the problem and got it up and running again. We highly recommend him and will be using Hanes yearly to maintain / service when needed.

I woke up at 4am this morning to my house at 60 degrees. I tried my previous HVAC guy and got no response. So I found Hanes Mechanical thru a google search and left a message. Don texted me within 5 minutes and told me he could be here by 8:30. He was very professional, showed me how my heat exchange system worked and explained what was happening. He got me fixed up in a half an hour and by noon my house was up to 69! So grateful for the quick response and for taking time to explain everything! I definitely recommend his company and will use them as my new HVAC!!

What a great company...what a great guy!! Called and left a message at 12:30am to be put on a list in the am due to air unit not working....Don texts me at 1:30am and apologizes for not answering and states he will send someone out 1st thing in the am!!! I highly recommend doing business with Hanes Mechanical Inc in Marietta, PA for your heating and air conditioning needs. Don Hanes delivered fast and courteous service when my furnace went down during the recent cold snap. He's very professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. Don was great at calling you back and answering all of your questions about what needed to be done. I had initially called another vendor and they could not get me up and running for over 3 days. Don had my new furnace installed the very next day. He does very neat and clean work, covers your floors/carpets to avoid staining, and cleans up after himself. I highly recommend Hanes Mechanical! I came home at 9:30 pm to no heat in my home. I called Hanes Mechanical and they came promptly within 20min. Mr. Hanes was helpful, understanding and very knowledgeable of the problem at hand. He diagnosed the problem and fortunately for my family he had the available part needed on his work van.
